This ChatThread Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") applies to ChatThread AI services (hereinafter referred to as "ChatThread" or "this Service"). If you do not provide a mobile phone number for registration and login, we may not be able to provide you with generative AI technology services. You can use a third-party account to log in and use ChatThread. With your consent, we will obtain your public information registered on the third-party platform (avatar, nickname, and other information you authorize) for binding with the ChatThread account, so that you can directly log in and use this product and related services. When you use the paid services of the ChatThread open platform, we need to authenticate your identity. You can choose to authenticate as an individual account or as an enterprise account on behalf of the enterprise. According to relevant laws and regulations, when you choose to authenticate as an individual developer, we may collect your real identity information (real name, ID number, phone number, other necessary identity information) to complete real-name verification; when you authenticate as an enterprise developer on behalf of the enterprise, we may collect the real names of the legal representative of your enterprise and the enterprise contact person to complete enterprise real-name verification. Some information is personal sensitive information. You can refuse to provide it. If you refuse, you may not be able to obtain related services, but it will not affect the normal use of other functions of the open platform.

2. Intelligent Dialogue

When you use the intelligent dialogue function service, we will collect the content you input during the interaction with ChatThread (including text, pictures, files). We will analyze and calculate the above information to better understand your questions and context, so as to provide you with more relevant information content to provide intelligent dialogue services. When you actively take photos, we will request your authorization for camera permissions. If you refuse authorization, you will not be able to take pictures, but it will not affect your use of other ChatThread functions. When you use the search service, we will automatically receive the information you actively input to automatically provide you with real-time search results. During the dialogue, you can provide feedback on the content output by ChatThread. We will collect your feedback information, including the content you actively submit, to continuously improve the quality of ChatThread's output content. If you refuse us to collect and process the aforementioned personal information, please be cautious when inputting the aforementioned information, but you may affect your normal use of some or all functions provided by ChatThread. To provide you with continuous and high-quality services, under the premise of security encryption technology processing, strict de-identification, and inability to re-identify specific individuals, we may use the input content and corresponding output content collected by the service for the improvement and optimization of ChatThread service quality. If you refuse us to process your personal information in the above manner, you can provide feedback through the method described in Chapter 9 of this Policy.

3. Paid Recharge

You can recharge the account under your authenticated account for paid services. When you use paid services for recharge, we will collect your payment order and transaction information to provide you with services such as order placement, payment, customer service, and after-sales for recharge orders, and display and provide specific paid services to you.

4. Feedback

If you use the feedback function service, we will collect your problem description information, proof materials, mobile phone number, email, contact name to understand the content and needs of your feedback. Such information is necessary for the feedback function service. To verify your identity, clarify your needs and solutions to related problems, or help you solve other problems, we may use your mobile phone number or email. When providing feedback services related to your usage process information, we will query your usage information, including dialogue records, like records, problem feedback records. If you directly contact us through the method described in Chapter 9 of this Policy to provide feedback, make complaints, appeals, or consult related issues of ChatThread, to ensure the security of your account and the system, you need to provide your account information so that we can verify your user identity. Such information is necessary for identity verification in user feedback. During the feedback, complaint, or consultation process, to help you solve problems or record the solutions and results of related problems, you may need to provide corresponding proof materials. The system may record the communication records between you and us to better help you solve the problems involved.

5. Message Notifications

You acknowledge and agree that for the contact information you provide during the use of the product and/or services (such as contact phone number), we may send various types of notifications to one or more of them during operation, for purposes such as user message notification, identity verification, security verification, user experience survey, dispute handling, etc.; in addition, we may also send commercial information such as services, functions, or activities to the mobile phone numbers collected in the aforementioned process via SMS or phone. But please rest assured, if you do not want to receive these information, you can unsubscribe through the unsubscribe method provided in the SMS (such as reply "R", refer to the specific SMS for details), or contact us directly to unsubscribe.

6. Operation and Security Assurance

To ensure the security of your account and provide you with better quality services, we will automatically collect the following information generated during your use of ChatThread services as network logs: To ensure the safe operation, operation quality and efficiency of software and services, we will collect your hardware model, operating system version number, device identifier (Android such as AndroidID, OAID, iOS such as IDFV; different identifiers have different validity periods, whether they can be reset by users, and acquisition methods), IP address, software version number, network access method, type, status, network quality data, operation, use, service logs, device sensor data (such as accelerometer sensor, gyroscope sensor). To prevent malicious programs and ensure operation quality and efficiency, we may collect running process information, overall page operation, usage and frequency, page crash conditions, overall usage, performance data. (2) When you need to use identity authentication functions or related services, it may be necessary to complete real-name authentication to verify your identity in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and security requirements. During the real-name authentication process, the authentication service institutions we cooperate with need to use your real name, ID number, mobile phone number. Some information is personal sensitive information. Refusing the above use will prevent you from completing identity authentication and may not obtain related services, but will not affect the normal use of other functions of the open platform. This information is only for real-name authentication and purposes stipulated by laws and regulations, and will not be used for other purposes without your explicit authorization.

(1) To realize product promotion and related analysis services, and optimize and improve the effective reach of promotion, the product promoter or the partner providing promotion and related analysis services may need to use de-identified or anonymized device, network, channel information, and conversion data, etc. (2) Promotion partners may combine the above information with other data they legally obtain to optimize promotion effects.
